Hmmmm.....card number vs. card numbered out of X? If this is actually about what the card is numbered out of, then this could take a while

In 1981, I was born in the hallway of a rural hospital. The nurse on duty didn't believe my mom was in labor and refused to call the doctor. Next thing the nurse knew, my mom was 10 cm. She and the other nurse, who was 7 months pregnant herself, tried their best to get my mom to the delivery room. I refused to wait for those slow pokes so out I came. I beat the doctor to the delivery room by about 20 minutes.
