Question How to sell entire baseball card collection?

I am trying to sell my entire baseball card collection. What is the best way to receive the best value for the collection? How and where should I try and sell it? Thanks for all feedback in advance.

The correct answer is that it depends what type of items are in the collection. Your best option might be Craigs List, COMC, Sportlots, Ebay or even these boards.

What kind of stuff are you looking to move? More people can chime in if you give us an idea of what you have.

I started to collect in 1979. I probably have just over 25K+ in cards. I know I have the Donruss, Fleer, Topps and Score complete and some factory sets from 1984-1989. I also have many commons and stars for those years as well. the rest of my collection ranges from 1950s - 1990s, with a bulk of the cards in the early 80s(1979-1985).

Unfortunately, I don't have a detailed list. If you want more specifics then that will take some time

If you want to get the most of out of your collection, you will want to take that time to list out what you all have. Leaving out certain details will greatly cost you. After you make your list, you can then search completed auctions on ebay to get a better idea of what your collection may actually be worth.
