I doubt it. I dont think the quote is very common but yet I think it's a suggestion on how to take this whole "Mystery" in. Start with what you know and use simple chronology to figure things out.

Notice all tweets, newspapers, blogs, etc are either dated or have time next to them? or both?

gotta be a clue...

the weather is really odd on the newspaper the way it is vague saying 50's and down to 40 never specifying degrees which is really cold sounding for july...

I dont think this will get figured out in a day. It will be several days at least! The newspaper tells us that this mystery will play out until at least july 30th...
