Anyone care to say how many "scraps" of paper (including the 2 cards found in packs) they have found? Just got thru fitting a bunch together but I would like to know if I am caught up with what I have found.

Try at least 2 months...the whole "website" thing isn't going to crack the ginter code...

I'm aware of the obvious complexities. I don't think anyone has the authority to say "at least two months" though - you never know what type of information could be just around the corner...

Argh...that means I am still missing 2.

And not even CLOSE to the password/safes.
Been trying all sorts of #s and letters.

Thanks!

If you cannot find the hints
The code will continue to make you wince

No-one will tell you the secrets you seek
But if you must learn them, continue to peek

Oh well i am never going to solve this. But I did copy all the info from the domains on murderinwillowcove.com

Welcome to Willow Cove
Pop. 12,756

Guttman's Gutters got the okay to reopen for business, but it's just not the same without Lennie holding court. Whether out of support, habit, or simply nothing better to do, though, business is booming today.

This place has been completely picked over and scrubbed clean by the authorities. You probably won't find anything that they didn't here.

Just to be sure, though, you would like to get into the back office. Too bad there's so many people around. What you need is a distraction.

Gas 'n' Go is your average gas station, if a bit more trusting. Gas pumps stand on an island with a garbage can between them. An air compressor stands off to one side, no charge for use. The garage door is currently lowered. No one is in the cashier window. A self-serve tune-up station sits opposite the air compressor.

A modest two-story suburban home.

A gate leads to the backyard. There is a garage off to the side; the door is closed. The front door is right where it should be.

You are in the alley behind Guttman's Gutters.

One end leads out to the parking lot, the other ends in a dead end. There is a doorway leading into the bowling alley, used only by staff. A fence separates the alley from the vacant lot next door. There are a couple of dumpsters used by the bowling alley. Some trash has accumlated in a corner. There is a small drain in the ground toward the back of the alley.

An unkempt single-story home. The front lawn has not been tended in some time. The porch is piled high with boxes and damaged furniture. Sitting in the driveway is a car on blocks. A gate leads to the backyard.

This is an enormous, palatial house. Especially for a guy who lives alone.

You're probably not going to get a chance to poke around inside; Bruce Klugman is notoriously paranoid about security. But you can sneak a look at the grounds.

A garage stands off to the side of the house. The front door is straight ahead. The ground floor stares back at you with more windows than you can count.

A lush garden runs the length of the house, abutting an absurdly large veranda

You're standing at the head of the path leading to the Skudlow Park Gazebo.

You're standing in front of the vacant lot next to Guttman's Gutters. A fence cuts the entire lot off from the sidewalk. There is a gate leading into the lot.

This is a nice school. A bit big for Willow Cove's current needs, but you guess that's better than an overcrowded school.

A sign saying Willow Cove High School sits proudly in front. Beyond that are some benches and then shrubbery against the school walls. The front door is most likely locked, as are the windows.

To the right of the building is the parking lot. To the left, playing fields.

This place is enormous and mostly deserted. For now, you're just going to assume there's nothing worth looking at but what's in Gary Linerman's makeshift shelter.

Not really interested in doing this, but what's the "theme" this year?

I also want to state for the record that this is taking all of my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare time, which I find totally unacceptable. And I just picked up Batman:Arkham Asylum for only $10 at Target! (it's a special for the Xbox guys, so hurry and grab one if you don't have a copy!). And THAT game is still in its stupid packaging!

The theme is a murder mystery that looks as if it's predominantly web-based - twitter and Willow Cove. I'm not picking up on too many red-herrings like last year though, so it looks as if this year, most of the code cards have some relevance (although it doesn't appear that you will need to collect them all - just need some of the info for reference).
