For me, the harder decision isn't whether or not to trade the plate for an auto, but which auto I would pick hahah. They're both very nice cards, along with your plate, but I would surely lean towards the auto.

Do the auto. They're both nice.

And yes, printing plates are 1/1s. It's silly to me that it's even an argument.

So, if you owned the Yellow Mustang, you would go around telling people that your Yellow Mustang isn't unique, because there are four of them?

At the end of the day, if there is only one of something in the world, it is one-of-a-kind.

This. You cannot make the card the way it is without the specific color plates. They are unique to the project. If you think otherwise, try it.

I don't understand this statement. Are you saying that you HAVE to use 4 plates? Or could you actually use 1, four times, using different ink each time. Is the plate actually Cyan or is that just the ink that is use on it when it is in the process. I am thinking one plate CAN be used, the process would take four times longer though. THAT WOULD BE A 1/1.

You find anyon to straight up trade a Jeter Auto for a Printing plate? No question Auto all day every day. I would say the only thing that is a possible no on this deal is if it is not a certified auto, or been verified by PSA/DNA

Think of it like Captain Planet, right? Heart alone cannot summon Captain Planet. You'd be a goddamn moron to think a crappy power like "heart" is gonna summon a friggin' Earth savior! Think fire alone can do it? Hell no. It'll just make things hotter and catch forests on fire. Wind and fire? Nope, bigger forest fires, idiot. But when you combine ALL of these unique powers, you can summon CAAAAAAAAPTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN PLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANEEEEET

And with that, my goal of the day is complete: work Captain Planet into a pointless Internet debate that will change the opinion of absolutely no one involved. GOOD DAY TO YOU, SIR!

The premiere is on ebay and already has a bidder for 160. Two plates from 2012 have sold for 150 and 105. There is a chance that this may be the last plate some big jeter
collector needs. Probably can't go wrong witht the Premiere.

Trade it for the Premiere, fits on the sticker, and mini plates aren't as nice.

+1

Keeping in mind that you seem to really want an auto at this point and have 600 different cards but no auto,
I would STOP buying Jeter cards,
and paying more for SHIPPING then the card is worth
keep the plate,and
save up for an auto.

whatever makes you HAPPY though.

all the best

I would take the SPX without a second thought. Bigger auto, nice jersey with a pinstripe. Who cares what it's numbered to. Take the nicest looking card in the bunch.
