Default I know I should know this, but non-paying bidder question

How long before I can do the npb thing?

It's only been 5 days, and ebay says the unpaid assistant is being used, but how long before I can free up the card and relist it.

When I click on the 'resolve a problem' it says I have to wait until August

Turn off your unpaid assistant. I think you can file at 3 days. But for sure at 5 days.

You can open a case after 4 days, but then Ebay gives the buyer 4 more days after that to pay still. After you open a case Ebay will message you and keep you updated on when the situation is all cleared and your final value fee has been kicked back to you and you can safely relist without worrying that they might actually pay and then get made at you for not having the card anymore.
