Wow, Joey! Awesome stuff. There was a Thomas Starquest Gold 035/100 that popped up about 3 months ago. It was listed for $199 BIN. I bought it and was super stoked. Then the seller emails me and says "Sorry, I can't find the card." (which I am sure was total BS) Man I was so pissed. Been looking for that card forever. plus it was #d to his jersey. Would have been a great card to have.

Ouch on the Thomas StarQuest. Obviously the seller received a higher offer. I've had that happen to me a couple times.

Wow that sucks! I would be super pissed! If i make a deal I stick with it even if I lose money. Some people think its an ugly card, but its one of my favorites.

I don't think any of these qualify as "rare", but here are some of my favorites.

I sit up at shows about once a month. Sometimes, I'll have something listed and forget about when I'm getting ready for the show. Then I'll take it to the show not realizing it's on ebay on a 30-day or in my store or whatever.

Not making excuses for this guy, but I've had it happen where I'll sell something at the show and completely forget it was on ebay. Then it sells on ebay while I'm at the show or when I get back, and I have to refund the money.

It's the 1:120 stadium stars. It's stars and baseball holograms. You can barely see it, it won't show up in any pictures.

Nice those are super tough! Took me a while to find mine. Only way I could get the pattern to show was to put in a black background.

Nice griffeys. I love the 98 producion line rainbows. a very underrated rainbow and usually not that expensive for most guys since the print runs weren't that low.

@Joey Peapod, i thought you were only focusing on Griffey cards #d 100 or less?

I was and then I decided to branch it out a little bit more I decided to get any tough cards I don't see very often. I actually got outbid on the other 4 elite numbers, but I at least got the 2 /90 ones. I kind of changed my mind after realizing how tough it is to hit anything when opening up my boxes of finest. And I'm addicted to eBay, and if there are no /100 or less I need my fix lol

Whats up guys? Hows everybody doing? I've stayed away from collecting for about a year but starting up again slowly.

Thanks to deliciousbacon for finding this beauty. First time I've seen it in over 3 years.
