Is this the select certified gold you are talking about?

Also, here are some of my favorites I had handy to scan. McGriff is /300 and the Gwynn is super SP - only 1999

And some others ... the Ripken is a promo thing I got from LCS as a kid, but I have a number of the actual "Row 0" cards, which I think are /1000 - The scan got messed up, but you get the idea

Different years though. The one I have pictured is 95 and is definitely gold tinted everywhere as opposed to just the player being outlined in gold, like the other 95 base cards.

And also says mirror gold on the back

You can find some on eBay. I bought a few 96 pinnacles off of there.

The card you showed is a Mirror Gold, but 1995 Mirror Golds are much less rare/valuable than 1996/97. The insertion rate was 1 in 5 packs in 1995, 1 in 300 packs in 1996.

Finally scored one of these. Been looking for one for years. Only one I have seen. Although it has a "refractor like line", still a really nice card.
