Correct me if I'm wrong but, one is a silver boarder and one is a gold border...wouldn't that make them different cards?

It probably means that more than 24 of those cards were produced, either as replacements or by someone who then sold them out the back door.

Or there were two versions of the same card. We've seen that time and again. Maybe the gold border featured a "premium swatch" aka patch.

Starting to think the OP's card is legit. I haven't seen any silver border versions with patches. Only the gold border.

that card (w/ silver border) clearly says "Jersey" on it, where OP's card (gold border) says "Patch"

I don't have the card in hand yet but I'm still sticking with my guns that this card is the real deal. I have seen several other Griffey cards from this set that have logo patch pieces in it and know that UD used a lot of these sick types of patches in this product so I'm still very confident that its real. I wish that you guys would feel the same! Thanks!

Thanks! I hope that you think it is real! Can't get anybody here to believe it is and it definitely has the possibility of being real! Also, I think I have that card you are talking about! It is a 09 Ultimate Quad Patch Auto 24/24 card right? I have that one in my Griffey PC!

I would hardly consider 4 two color patches "supper" nice, at least compared to this one.
