Listen to what is being said regarding Ebay. Continue and push to go the Ebay route. You have a case and will most likely win. The seller was misleading on purpose. If you want to sell cards, show the cards for sale, not ones just like it.

However, it will not hurt to call your credit card company and get some advice. I have a few cards with Chase. They are a great company in my opinion and have done nothing but take care of me as a customer.

There ya go. I think this and the other post saying things he said were included but weren't should have been in the initial post. Makes it seem like a more classic bait and switch, with the ebay listing seeming even more misleading. Especially with his amount of feedback. No one selling a lot with those cards in it is going to put up such a vague listing and expect to get any kind of value legitimately. It'd be one thing if he were newer to ebay etc., but I believe he had 6500+ feedback, and should absolutely know better. Or at least how to put up a well described lot

Easily puts things more in your favor by showing or at least telling us specifics as to why you aren't happy or how you didn't receive what you paid for. With those lists or emails through ebay you say you have, shouldn't have a hard time winning the case at all. Now we just wait and see if the seller shows up here and counters/defends saying he sent you all that and more. Then the thread might get good

That quote alone cracked me up. I'm a huge UL fan and I don't think a Brohm auto has ever gone for $150.

This is exactly true....

You should have never bought the things without an exact description of what cards where in there. I think this guy is just gonna use every tactic in the book to basically make you quite. Good luck to you man. I hate situations like this and lord knows I have learned many a lesson myself.

Again, just do not back off your position.

You bought #@#@#@#@, you returned #@#@#@#@.

Without a list - he has no proof anything was kept. I am not saying you kept anything, ok? I just mean that he is an idiot and cannot win this. It is a stall tactic and nothing more.

You still win.
