COMC question

So I placed an order on comc last week but when I check my dashboard it has no mention of my order. It was charged to my PayPal account but haven't received any confirmation. I think I used the basic shipping, but I'm not sure. With the basic shipping does it really take this long?

Go under "my shipments" and you should see a transaction number under shipment history. That's a good place to start to see if your order went through.

But yeah it usually takes like 6-9 business days for me now. Could be up to two weeks depending.

With basic shipping you'll receive your cards once you forget that you placed an order.

That's what happened with my last order lol

When I received the cards I was happy because I thought someone sent me a gift since it was all PC cards, then I found an email from them showing it was shipped a couple days later and wasn't as happy anymore.
