I am in the middle of a dispute with Topps regarding a possible missing hit??? Topps is requesting the UPC from the case, which was opened in June, which I don't have. So my question is, I do have the receipt and I have contacted the vendor about possibly having the UPC, but do they need the actual UPC off the case, or just the verified #. Also, I did keep a box from the case and it has a serial number on it, would this possibly be the UPC #? I have Topps on this one, no doubt, and they are trying to back there way out of it at all cost. A lot of others would be affected by this as well, but I want Topps to have the first chance to make it right.

Couldn't you just send them the UPC from the bottom of the empty box you have? I've always just cut those out and sent them in with my receipt and never had a problem.

Cases don't have UPCs, do they?
I've only heard of Topps asking for the UPC from each box from a case, not from the case itself.
