Info on this ebay member? Possible Scam?

Has any one bought anything form either hdbsportsmemorabilia or everythingsportsetc_com ? He has a website Everything Sports & Etc. - Home but there is no products on it, and hasn't been for like 2 weeks now. I am just curious if anyone has done business with him?
It seems a little odd that the address for this store is a PO Box... I ordered on my credit card so I can always have them cancel the payment.
He is selling cases of 2012 5 Star for only 1k.
The only thing he has up right now are cases of products that are well over the paypal protection period.
Wondering what anyone else has to say about it. PO Boxes always seem shady to me since you could be from japan or something and just get an american PO Box for your address..

Hello, this guy attempted to scam me on ebay. I paid for a pre-sell of 2012 Topps Five Star for $1175 from him and thought it looked legitimate. I kept asking him what's the details and when am I getting my fricken case. He gave me short responses that were red flags. The fact that his old account "hdbsportsmemorabilia" is inactive really threw me into a madness. I contacted Ebay and they approved of his violations and I am expected to receive my money in full.
