Collectibles aren't generally good investments but baseball cards are an exception. I'd lean towards Draft, since I never really understood the belief that this year's draft is weak. Though realistically, it's hard to know without knowing what is in each produce (ie. checklist).

I have heard some people do ok on sealed cases. I have heard some people do ok "ripping and flipping". However these are pretty small amounts of people. However, as a general rule, I never expect to make money selling boxes or cases of cards. Opening boxes is gambling. Topps, Upperdeck, Leaf etc are the only consistent winners.

2011 Chrome $1,080 (with Harper) 2011 Draft Pick $1,125 2010 Chrome $620 (with SP strasburg) 2010 Draft Pick $925 2009 Chrome $810 (sold on ebay) 2009 Draft $2,800 (asking on ebay since you cant find 1) or $2,980 on another site 2008 Chrome $420 2008 Draft $$$$$$$$ (cant find 1) I think Draft has a lot more value than Chrome |

However, this year's bowman jumbos seemed to be absolutely loaded compared to hobby. If they do the same with draft, the equation changes. |
