One of these days, Topps will finally realize that, if they don't want their customers to list their pulls earlier than the street date, the only feasible solution is to not ship product early.

Can't "make" them unless they bought direct from Topps. These card companies are absolutely ridiculous. It's bad enough they either have a monopoly or semi-monopoly (depending on the sport) which allows them to control box prices while allowing them to ignore customer service, but they also want to restrict the actions of third-parties so that they align with their policies/strategies. It's fairly disgusting behavior.

If TNT does not tell them who sold it to them they have no way of finding out. Obviously someone is looking out for TNT, that is why they got them early. Someone would be stupid to cut off the hand that feeds them. Topps will get over it.

Topps might but other big breakers will not and they will force Topps to take action. I'm sure Topps already is aware of who it is...

You are missing the point. Topps can't "take action". They do not own ebay and they can not control TNT. TNT can stop selling if they feel like it, but no one can make them.

Opening and selling on eBay are two different stories, he can open them, just not sell the cards. The people he opened the boxes for wouldn't get them until after release day.

Getting product early does nothing but provide sellers with a way to make some money. I like to buy singles when they first hit the market so I am for TNT in this fiasco.

No I get it. Your arguing semantics.

Last year Brent was stopped by Topps from receiving his product on Tuesday's and listing early. They literally stepped in and "took action". The distributor was told get your guy to pull it or you will not receive any more product. He is now watched closely and cannot list early if he wants product. TNT is now screwed...

If they got them, they should be allowed to sell them without anyone caring - it means they have been released, at least to that seller, kudos to them. If it's out, it's out...

Brent said earlier this week that Topps had sent him some messages. To the point he has considered getting out of the business (he never said why - I am jumping to a conclusion).
