Go A's. Shove it down Verlander's throat, starting with Coco Crisp!

The Tigers are in big trouble if they lose this one.

Also, Coco Crisp hits homers? Really?

I guess he had to take a break to pitch this baseball game, but I'm assuming he'll continue when he gets pulled in the 6th inning.

Alright Parker, shut 'em down now...won't be getting much help from the offense after the 1st inning...

There's your Triple Crown winner doing what he does better than everyone else in the league...

...grounding into the double play.

And getting a RBI, he is better then everyone else at that. Might be the most ridiculous post ever haha.

I have nothing against the As, but I have more friends around here that are Detroit fans so I'm pulling for them here. Which, the way my teams have been playing in sports the past few days, means that Detroit is going to lose :P

I'll take the double plays he hits into when he also WINS THE TRIPLE CROWN, also known as the ultimate trump card

You don't get an RBI for making two outs.

The ultimate trump card? What does it trump, anyway? The Donald is listening.

Parker is a stud, and probably the most overlooked rookie this year. Hopefully the A's give him some run support this afternoon...

Parker has been a beast and has had some stellar outings against some great offenses (Yankees, Rangers). He's gotta match Verlander pitch-for-pitch today because Justin is not giving up much more after this.

Going to be an amazing feat if he can do so. Not holding my breath, but would love to just see a solid outing from him

While he does not get an RBI, and hit into a DP, a SO does not get the run in, so it is better than that.

Coco Crisp's batting stance makes me want to punch him in his face, looks like such a tool with his shoulder tucked under his chin with his face scrunched up

Especially when he took Verlander yards in the first

Verlander is even tougher than usual with this umpire giving him six inches off both sides of the plate.

Verlander is cranking it up as the game goes on. Maybe he ought to hit a 100 on one pitch to show off.
