Are the topps solid gold card acually gold?

I am looking to purchase one of the solid gold 14K cards and I was wondering if it really is gold and a thick card.

It's gold, but it's CRAZY thin.

They all sell for WAY over melt value, and are only 58% gold (14k), stick with AGE's.
