Moneyball in 5! Going to do it for sure. Rangers couldn't win in Oakland when they needed to. Tigers are going to find out they can't do it either. Bring on the Yankees (assuming the O's don't figure out how to beat them). Let's see what happens when the highest payroll meets dang near the lowest. My money is on Moneyball!

LOL! Hell, I'm still waiting for the 'Stro's to get back to one - I'll fly all the way back to Texas for that game!

I caught the A's about 2 months ago against Texas (Texas won) and man, talk about a scruffy-ass team, but they all played well....I'm in utter shock as to how well they're pulling it together....I might have to try to hunt for tickets too!

The A's are a great story but I would not bet one cent against Verlander. That guy is pretty good last time I checked. Should be an interesting game.

That Parker guy is no slouch either! Not quite Verlander, but I expect another awesome game tonight. It sucks that the upper level hasn't been opened up to accommodate more fans, but by all accounts the Coliseum has been pretty crazy without those fans.
