Favorite Team: A's

Least Favorite Player: It was Brian Fuentes, but he's gone. There is nobody on the current A's roster that I dislike.

Boston

Pitcher: Daisuke/Lackey - dead heat (pun intended)
Position: Jacoby - never thought I'd get here, but a lot has changed in 3 years.

Good riddance 2012 - Beckett, Crawford, Youkilis, Bobby V.
Adios All-Time: JD Drew - avg'd <60rbi per $14M season

Team: Tigers
Least Favorite: Verlander
Reason: Cy young award, no hitters, what's to like?
Favorite: Valverde
Reason: Gotta love a guy who can make you nearly blow your nice new flat screen tv to smithereens with a shotgun.

My team: St. Louis Cardinals
The player: Jake Westbrook

Ok, don't get me wrong, he is a super nice guy in-person and he is always down-to-earth on interviews. BUT, he is overpaid and you can't count on him on any given start! Also, Ryan Ludwick was one of my favorite Cardinals, so the trade for Mr. Westbrook was doomed from the start in my book. I also hated Edgar Renteria when he was here.

Latos

He's just a complete cluster eff whenever he pitches. About as reliable as my wife's cooking. Good one day, crap the next. Buster Posey loves him so I guess there's that.

It's even more maddening thar the Reds gave up a ton for him including Grandal to the Padres thinking Mesoraco was the better catcher. Wrong. He can't hit at all.

You are talking about the same Mat Latos that went 14-4 this season, correct?

Is this because of his poor defense and mostly terrible at bats? (I am guessing you are a Sox fan)

toss up between
Jason Bay (lack of offense + big contract)

Josh "Holey" Thole (yes i spelled holey that way for a reason)
I've thought this guy was a horrible defensive catcher since day 1.
and his hitting has only gotten worse and worse and worse.
