Dear Santa,

Have been a little naughty but I have tried very hard to be good this year. I only want one thing if you could be so kind, MIKE TROUT PSA 10 GEM MINT 2009 BOWMAN CHROME AUTO RED REFRACTOR (1/2) | eBay.

That card is, wow, yeah, wow.

What are the odds the latest offer (zero feedback) gets declined? Or, if it's accepted, it doesn't get paid for?

He hasn't sent one counter offer to the 20 he has received...sounds to me he's not selling that thing until someone hits the BIN. He just wants to dangle and titillate.

With some of the redemptions exchanged I have seen this would not surprise me. I can't imagine they pay too well so the temptation for an employee to backdoor this kind of thing must be high.

Its not bgs perfect but it sure is close enough. I'd value the card at $5,000 no way $50,000

here is one unnumbered for under $1,000.

MIKE TROUT BGS 10 PRISTINE 2009 BOWMAN CHROME AUTO ORANGE REFRACTOR (1/1) | eBay

Rather have that than the red.

Don't blame anyone listing all their Trouts. Nowhere to go but down, and it'll be tough for him to repeat the MVP calliber season again next year. I think his cards peaked midway through the season.

I'm new to collecting, and I don't follow Mr. Trout in the sport (gasp!) - how can we have a non rookie card of Trouty in 2009, and then a ROOKIE card of him produced 2 years later, in 2011? How many years can you play ball and still be considered a rookie LOL

Prospect card = drafted or signed, and in minors or lower.
Rookie card = once you step on a major league field.

Often there are several years between the two, plus also Topps doesn't give a fukc sometimes.

So the card companies can now license with players who aren't even signed to the majors yet? Man, I disappear for a few decades and things certainly do change....
