2012 topps finest question
Just bought a collection of cards off a guy and I haven't bought any 2012 finest but the question is on regular refractors. Are they all off cut badly? He has 4 reg refractors and they are all 4 offcut. the xfractor / green / orange are all fine just the reg ones are messed up. didn't know so thought i'd ask.
