Ups delivering on 10.31?

In the philly metro area. Have package that suppose to delivered monday but Sandy rolled in.

i work in operations at ups.... expect everything that was supposed to be to you on said date 2 days late. Yesterday in the northeast was basically a half day and today we did not deliver anything or receive btw.... NJ could be even more days.
