Default Where will Hamilton go?

What is the general consensus on where Hamilton will end up? Any chance of the Dodgers landing him?

I feel like he will end up with the Reds. I think they still kick themselves for letting him go and then watch him have MVP type seasons.

I think he might stay, long shot but some people are faithful. But I also think the Yankees may toss enough cash his way it might be hard to say no.

Brewers gm already said that the offense is good and will mostly look to bring in a vet pitcher and bullpen. I think that is what we need too, even though adding Hamilton would make our lineup pretty stacked we need bullpen help bad.

Don't think there is any way the Rangers resign him. GM Jon Daniels made a statement that they think they are contenders with him and without him.

Looking doubtful the Rangers resign him unfortunately. They made him a qualifying offer yestersay that was a pay cut. Think they just wanted the compensatory picks.

This could happen if Hamilton is willing to go to right or left. The yanks could use a new outfielder because Gardner has been so injury prone, swisher is gone and Suzuki is old as #@#@#@#@. But granderson is not going anywhere

I would like to see him replace Chipper in the Braves lineup. Just as long as the contract is not for too long. Overpay for fewer years.

Would be nice to see him land in Baltimore, but Peter Angelos won't spend the $$ unless it's a future HOF'er with 1 year left in them, besides we need to invest in a good pitching staff..still amazed we made the playoffs this year since '97

He won't be a Dodger, we already have 3 outfielders, as well as 2 very talented outfield prospects (Pederson and Puig).

Personally I'd like to see the Giants get him, but I don't thnk it happens. White Sox might be quietly going after him too.

I could see him going to the Braves since they aren't resigning Bourn, or the Phillies. They need an outfielder since they traded Pence and Victorino, and I don't see the Phillies having an outfield consisting of JMJ, Darin Ruf, and Dominic Brown.

It won't necessarily be who is willing to pay the most as much as who is willing to pay the most, the longest. I'm guessing he's looking for someone to make him a franchise offer of 6 or more years. If baseball learned one thing from him this year after his midseason sabbatical from the game, it's Josh giveth and Josh sure as hell can taketh away. Scarey thought for 6+ years with a alcohol/head case. He'd never come to Detroit, and that's ok.

Royale, Red Sox, or Rockies. He will end his career with a team that starts with a "R".
