Was there any way of knowing to expect them besides knowing your wrappers got delivered a few days before the cutoff?

Were the deliveries staggered last time? I did not send wrappers away before and just wondering if I have reason to worry, I sent mine the day of release via express mailing, I assume they arrived with plenty of time to be able to get packs
