Could this mean Ellsbury might be on the move?

So far I'm not impressed by the cherington era. Other than Ortiz, I hate napoli and Shane. Would rather have seen that $80 million to Hamilton for 3 years then move Lester and say bard and a prospect for Myers. Next ship ellsbury and mid level prospects to Seattle for walker or hultzen. Last see if Tampa or Miami would move price or Stanton for xander, renaudo, brentz, and ruby or Barnes. I woulda signed haren for $13 million too. Oh well, this is why I'm a letter carrier and not a gm I suppose.

Nothing major, but the Red Sox acquired Justin Henry from the Tigers for Jeff Kobernus(Who they got in the rule 5 draft)

Yeah, Koji Uehara. He made his debut with the Orioles a couple years ago. We traded him for Chris Davis, Pedro Strop and someone else I think. McPhail killed it on that trade! He isnt that bad, but i wouldnt be too stoked about this signing. But I hate the sox, so, trade on losers!!

It was a decent pickup in Koji. It will be Tazawa, Bailey, and Koji in LR now. Koji Uehara Statistics and History - Baseball-Reference.com

Hes a reliever, not like you are counting on him for 200 innings.

Seriously a 1 year deal for a guy who is dominant when healthy? K rate and whip are amazing 231 ks to 29 walks IN HIS CAREER!

How are you not happy, or we are just losers who need to trade on?

I would give anything for a stadium where all the seats face home plate, I hate that place

Anyways, there is a trade coming too many catchers and relievers on the team.

The AL East is wide open, Sox can still compete.

We need to trade a C, and get some more pitching and we'll be all set

Stolmy Pimental and Jerry Sands for Joel Hanrahan, I know it's in another thread, but thought I'd take the time to bump this up again
