No blue wave today..instead a bubble mailer from Topps that looked like it was my 1 blue wave pack..then opened it and got a letter saying they wouldn't replace my cards b/c I had no original receipt and the same crappy cards I sent them (which was so long ago I completely forgot about it lol)..tossed them..man..these guys really don't care do they..NO customer service at all

I had to make a call to Topps yesterday on an unrelated issue. While I had a rep on the phone I asked if there was any info in the system about the blue wave packs and he said no, but that "they are still OPENING envelopes and it could be until after Thanksgiving that all are sent out".

Being a customer service rep that could be a vague response given to all, but who knows, figured I would post it here anyways!

I tweeted Topps yesterday for more info on when/how long they would take to ship them all out, and all they gave me was "Gametime cards shipping, Blue Wave packs shipping".

That coupled with my smoke alarm beeping "Low battery" at me at 5:30 AM combines for one very unhappy person

Nothing for me in OKC. Had mine sent priority mail with dc and it got there 2 days before topps tweeted they are out.

I'm confused now, if all of the blue wave packs have been accounted for, then why are they still opening envelopes?

Yup that doesn't add up. They couldn't possibly know if an envelope has 1 or 5 packs worth of wrappers in it...

i am sure there is a mountain of mailers @ Topps.

here's to hoping that most of ours are not on the bottom.

There has to be close to 1000 autos not yet pulled. First and last rounders might be the lucky ones.
