How do you decide who to block on ebay?

My criterias:

1. Non-Payers
2. Extreme low ballers
3. Suggested by others (on BO etc.)
4. Buyers who play games (make offer, I make counter and they counter back LOWER than their initial offer).

What about everyone else?

Pretty much the same as you..non-payers, bad stories here on BO, people who have given me trouble.

Buyers who don't read descriptions and then expect you to cater to them. And/or who want to a little discount on THEIR mistake not mine.

I do though hate that buy something and the player gets injured and makes a story to return the card. That is similar to the Buster Card story but flip flopped..

I usually do not block unless it is a serial scammer
