The new auction closed about an 1 1/2 back, sold for $35.00 (1 Bid)!

I emailed the seller prior to auction close and they responded that this was a 2nd card, as the initial card was damaged!

Never heard from them at all. It's hilarious that they got $35 for it again and had to swallow the listing fees from the auction I won

id report the new listing to ebay explaining what they told you. they should be able to see the messages between you two if you sent them through ebay. maybe they will do something about it. it would be worth the try.
