I think that is a decent list. Should be some go for a bit more and some a bit less. I am working on my own list too. The prep work and anticipation is awesome isn't it?

Fontana is one of the last players left whose value was hurt by his presence in 2010 products via the deal MLB had with Team USA. You can buy about 15 different Fontana USA autos from 2010 for under $10.

JP (and others) do a lot of work to get a leg up on the competition and I don't blame him for keeping his picks to himself.

Some of the prices seem a little high other than the rush of the first day auctions. My guess is that just like any other "rookie" product there will be a number of cards that will go for under $5 within a week. The "experts" will pick up many steals during the winter and you will see their results in 2+ years. Mike Trout being a good example of this...

After the original rush goes down, all of your prices over $19 are too high except one are too high. If Gallo was $40 bucks then I would Pass. Too many other options.

I certainly didnt buy enough of Trout but the one regular and one refractor auto together were about 40 bucks.

Yea except Trout was never $5 or under. Hell When EEE came out his autos were selling in thirty dollar range. I know because I pulled and sold them lol big mistake

and that would be true. My example of Trout was more about studing the prospect field, knowing who to buy immediately and then knowing when to sell. My guess is there will be several investors that are buying-up autos of prospects that others pass over only to make a great profit 2-3 years down the road.

Of course the other side of the tracks will also show up. Investors paying way too much for a prospect and losing their shirt because the guy ends up being an AA players and retiring at the age of 27.

So goes the market...

Javier Baez's 2011 BCDP AUTO sells for about $35 delivered, and nobody in this set should be selling for as much as he does (in a perfect world). That being said, most of these estimates are probably pretty close. I think Gausman, Dahl, and Russell settle in closer to the $25 range, with Wacha and Marrero closer to $10. I think Hawkins with his athleticism will attract some more prospectors and he should settle in at $35-$40. Time will tell.

There are going to be a lot of disappointed case breakers with this. This years draft was real weak and I don't see prices on most of these guys breaking what the OP estimates. Maybe the first week or so you will see better prices, but they will shrink down pretty quickly.

I appreciate the OP's optimism, but has anyone ever seen any year's draft product that didn't have $1-3 autos in it??? No reason to believe this will be any different!
