Just for the record, Superfractors are tough. I opened 18 hobby cases and 3 jumbo cases and did not pull a single superfractor.

The problem is most Superfractor will not be worth that much , may be just $100 or so...!!

I bid on a few of the gambling lots (Ice and Orange/Red/Plate). Nothing yet, but luckily there is still 66% of the cases to go!

in my opinion they put them in the hobby direct boxes with a better ratio that's why, all the superfractors i've pulled have always come from a hobby shop, never pulled one from any other spot...... and the ratio is skewed crazy.... I pulled several from the local hobby shop, and only probably bought around 100 boxes..... i've done probably a million breaks from other spots, never pulled a 1/1, superfractor, or any of that. I could be wrong? just lucky maybe? but it just seems that way to me..... I always pull crazy stuff from the local hobby shop boxes. so do most other people that go there when they buy the boxes.

This seems to be the case with me as well. I've pulled my one and only super from a single box from my hobby shop, and I've seen quite a few others pulled there as well. I've never once pulled a super anywhere else, and I order a ton more than I buy at the shop.

You have to have had experience breaking in very large quantities to understand just how little that odds mean when you are talking about rare cards. They can come in spurts and usually do. Even if the odds are 1 in 20 cases, you can go easily go 50 cases without pulling one. Or, you can be like me and pull 2 in 11 cases (So far) & (both crappy players). I also had a case with 3 printing plates. Then you have multiple cases with nothing past a gold. Basically just wanting to make the point that odds mean absolutely nothing with these type of hits. You should really only go by odds on the first couple tier's of each card. Here's to hoping he pulls 5 in his next 5 cases.
