what were the odds of getting them in jumbo because i got 32 in my jumbo case. Is that the right amount?

Don't think they ever officially said what they would be in jumbo.

If it's anything like base topps, they should have been one per case, but hobby should have had 48, jumbo probably would have been 48 too.

I tried calling topps CS for some late redemptions on Wednesday. Was still closed because of the storm.

I've e-mailed topps support at that address listed 3 times over the last 3 months and they still haven't responded to me. Good luck with that.

E-mail is the worst way to contact them. Twitter and Phone are really the only two ways.

I will be contacting them Monday or Tuesday as well. 25 cases of missing code cards will add up. I think they will make it right with everyone who initiates contact. I do not see them doing anything like doubling the value of what existing cards unlock. That would make too much sense.

Why would they not just give double the amount of the pay out when you redeem the code?

If the odds of a blue wave pack were previously 1:4, make it 1:2, etc.

probably a limitation built into their redemption system, where it was already set up for certain odds and unable to edit. I honestly don't have a problem with how they handled it, I don't see an easy solution from their end other than not screwing up in the first place.

at least i didn't get that message about how they are closed and to call back m-f before 430est... on a week day before 4pm

I called them earlier about a redemption replacement and I asked the guy about the codes and he said that they were waiting to get the codes in and they would send them out to the people who reach out to them about missing codes.

Guys, the process for the codes is fairly painless.

Once I got a hold of a person, he took down all my information and where I purchased the cases. He said they will be sending me the missing codes.

From what he said:

1. It will probably take about 2 weeks before they send them. That is not firm, but an estimation.

2. They are not sure yet whether it will be physical code cards or an email list of codes.

3. I offered him receipts and 40+ video case breaks. I would keep your receipts handy, but he did not ask for wrappers or upc box codes. (Thank goodness - now I can toss all this crap before my wife kills me - she has been angrier at me than boomo's chatroom!)

I wasn't asked to keep anything either. But hey told me they'd know by today if they were going to send them or E-Mail them. Hmm.

My phone call from dial to talking to customer service took around 10 minutes.

She took down my info and even replaced some outstanding redemptions.

E-Mailed them, said office is closed, so contacted them via twitter. I dm'ed them for a total of 10 codes (2 boxes I opened, 3 I will open), and they asked me for my info. So if you prefer not to call, just tweet them at their support feed.

That was quite painless. Took about 5 min, got my info for the replacement cards and also got them to replace a whole mess of Darin Mastroianni redemptions that I had pending.

I know others have complained about Topps Customer Service but I've never had a bad experience to include today.

Not only did I have an issue with the missing code cards but also 2 missing autographs from my 3 cases as well as a couple of damaged cards to include a very off-centered autograph refractor of Zunino.

Mike (service agent) gave me the helpful answeres to these issues and I don't think I was on hold for 5 minutes before he got to me. I've spoke with him several times about past issues and he has always been right on with his answers.

No problems here with Topps. They put out a ton of stuff and I buy about 20cases a year so to expect to have no problems is somewhat unreasonable.

(now I will complain about the players that don't sign their cards quickly!!! I'm still waiting on 10+ redemptions!!!)
