I think piazza bonds Clemens and Biggio first ballot. The others later on.

Bonds and Clemens will dictate how everyone else in the steroid era goes in or not. I have no doubt the voters will keep them out for years, just to put it in the backburner. But i think in due time, as time goes on and people forgive and forget, you will see most of the great hitters of the steroid era eventually get in. Their numbers are too impressive to ignore.

I also think Schilling is a HOFer. His career numbers aren't mindblowing but he was dominant and had some dominant seasons. Plus his playoff success can't be ignored. Plus the fact that he did do this right in the middle of the steroid era. Randy Johnson stole a couple of Cy Youngs from him.

There were some rumors, but no true evidence. He admitted to using something (forgot the name) before it was illegal, but claimed he stopped.

If Robeto Alomar didn't get in on first ballot, Biggio won't either... He'll be held over for next year

Mike Piazza is the greatest offensive catcher ever; How will he not get in? He's the only automatic on the list
Biggio has 3000 hits Alomar did not. Thats the difference.

OK maybe that's just me dreaming. I think my man will start inching closer though.
