Make sure you put a bin o.b.o. at $349.95 to make it more realistic & include a shotty scan with one of the corners cropped! & combined shipping at .50 a card!

Makes you wonder if there's actually a guy out there who collects cards serial-numbered to 420...wouldn't surprise me, really.

Why do drug people like that number so much? I know it was Stalin or Tojo birthday but why?

lol bad enough it was hitlers birthday, yet the smoking world still glorifies it. Aside from that cropped corners and high price is on the way!!!!!!!!! Side note JohnAndrew, i would be willing to bet there is someone that is out there collecting 420/ and even worse someone out there who will buy them from that guy

I have heard all kinds of different stories, not sure which if any are true. Heard the B-day thing like you have. I also heard that 4:20 is the time after school when stoners would meet and that 420 is a police code for drugs.

4:20 Louis.

Quote:
The earliest use of the term began among a group of teenagers in San Rafael, California in 1971. Calling themselves the Waldos, because "their chosen hang-out spot was a wall outside the school," the group first used the term in connection to a fall 1971 plan to search for an abandoned cannabis crop that they had learned about. The Waldos designated the Louis Pasteur statue on the grounds of San Rafael High School as their meeting place, and 4:20 p.m. as their meeting time. The Waldos referred to this plan with the phrase "4:20 Louis". Multiple failed attempts to find the crop eventually shortened their phrase to simply "4:20", which ultimately evolved into a codeword that the teens used to mean pot-smoking in general.

High Times editor Steven Hager wrote "Are You Stoner Smart or Stoner Stupid?" in which he called for 4:20 p.m. to be the socially accepted hour of the day to consume cannabis. He attributes the early spread of the phrase to Grateful Dead followers, who were also linked to the city of San Rafael.

It's a 420/500, not 1/1
