I'm pretty sure that those are the buyback autos and that is how they get away with it.

Only the buybacks have logos. Obviously since the cards are already produced they can sell it. It would just be like if I got Ripken to sign on a 90 leaf card and then sold it on ebay. Nothing wrong with that. Now if you look at the new cards that they made, while the players are wearing their pro uniforms the logos have been photoshopped out. That is how they can get around the license (so no they did not win the rights to photos with mlb unis)

Yuck, I really wanted to buy Pedro autos from this - but sticker autos + no mlb logos/crappy airbrush = no thank you

I really like the buy-back autos, had a mind to try to get a Maddux and a Randy Johnson auto. Saw a Maddux sold for $150 this morning ... that's about 3x what I expected, definitely outside what I'm willing to pay. But it's a great-looking card, lol.

And probably the top hit in the product has been pulled. Brian Gray picked out a nicely centered Thomas for #35/35, but what happened with that streaky signature?
