I'm not saying its ok to do just that do you really want to go against someone that is trying to do something for a good cause? I suppose the guy could just realist it, but it would be easier to just tell him to change the title in the future.

Along the lines of picture copying, for anyone who doesn't want their pictures used by another seller, make sure to opt out of the ebay shared content program.
go to:
my ebay > account tab > site preferences > Share your content

the default setting is "yes". If you don't want other sellers to use your pictures, you have to click "no".

I sold an Ike Davis blue autograph for around ~$4.20 (less than it should I gone for, but I described its condition). A little later I saw he had sold it for around $20 or so, copied the picture from my listing but completely didn't describe the card. Anyway, I reported him. I took the time to take the picture. The listing was taken down, but after all it was in completed sales already. Anyway, he got a negative from the buyer, never even sent him the card.
