Topps Redemption code doesnt exist? Five Star silver auto Ken Griffey Jr!!

got a Griffey Jr five star silver auto from a fresh box
when i redeemed it, the web-site shows the code doesn't exist
what a Shock?
has anyone got the same situation as me before?
how suppose i have to do with topps?
any reply will be appreciated

Just call Topps and they'll fix it. Call them now before they get busy and you have to sit on hold for 20 minutes
