Insertion Rates for Topps Products

Good Afternoon,

In early January, I will be going to court against the Topps Company. I cannot get into specifics about the case at this time. However, I am in need of some assistance from the message board.

I am looking for products from the past 2-3 years that have specific insertion rates for different Tiers or player autograph from either baseball or football products.

As an example, I think in 2012 Bowman Jumbo there are Tiered autos (Tier A & Tier B).

Are there any other products that spell out a specific player (Harper or Strasburg are another example) or a group of players.

If you have the actual rates, images if these rates, or product info (year /set) I can get actual packaging (which is what I really need)

Any help would be appreciated.

older products have the group odds spelled out (2008 bwman chrome fb), the newer ones dont

Thanks for the info, I'm looking more for products that state on the packaging different odds, like the Bowman Jumbo that specifically called out Tier A at 1 insertion rate and Tier B at another harder insertion rate

2011 Topps Lineage, 2010 Topps Chrome(Strasburg), I thought this years baseball finest did, but I must have thrown out the box, sorry.

I know 2010 Topps Chrome Football had different groups for the autographs, with different odds for each group.

I'm pretty sure 2011 bowman sterling baseball also had different tiers with different odds. I remember being really pissed off when I got my case and saw the odds.

2010 Bowman RETAIL Wrapper Odds

You should check out this thread..I'm going to assume you have an attorney (or are one) who can find more evidence..there's tons of pics of the wrapper w/ stated odds via google images

Well if it's small claims court and Topps doesn't send a representative down then he will most likely win by default.

In my opinion..it is impossible to win whatever you're talking about here..you don't think they had attorneys review the odds and statements they put on the packs?

Thanks for the comments. Obviously my goal is to win my case. If we go to trial on this case, win or lose the matter will be public record. In order for Topps to win their case, they will have to provide information that will help everyone across all of their product going forward and make Topps a more transparent company. If this does go to trial, I will ensure that the public record is posted on here win or lose.

I believe the Strasburg auto had its own odds on the packaging. Maybe it was blaster box I was thinking of.

Finest Moments Autographs - Group A = 1:10
Finest Moments Autographs - Group B = 1:61

Also, I believe they do the auto pools like that most commonly with retail blasters. I could have sworn they did that with 2011 or 2012 Bowman Platinum.
