The most recent Huggins and Scott Auction ended last night and I ended up picking up more HOFer stuff. Even though I only added two new autos to my collection it is such a cheap way to increase the hoard.
Their auctions are really good and if I had more money I would have bought a ton of stuff. I could have spent $10,000 easily!! So here are some scans of what I got... First up is a Wahoo Sam Crawford Auto (needed it). Got it for just under $250: ![]() Next up is a lot of 33 HOFer autos. The only one I needed was Goose Goslin (who normally goes for $150-$200), but I thought it was a great lot with Koufax and Medwick being some other good ones. Paid just under $650 for the lot (less than $20 a piece): ![]() ![]() ![]() They had a ton of other cool stuff and I wish I could have bought a lot more of it. I especially wanted this piece, but was a little out of my budget... 500 Home Run Club Litho Signed by (11) With Mantle, Mays, Williams and Full JSA I would love to hear how you think I did. Thanks for looking!! Mike

I remember Huggins at the old House of cards in Wheaton,MD...they would close the card shop one day a week to go look at people's private collections and have people bring stuff in to sell as well...and that was back in the late 80's...saw him at the National in baltimore. A true example of a guy who has made a fine living with sports memorabilia.
