Bowman Sterling and Box Topper Question

I have opened a couple boxes of Bowman Sterling and did not get a box topper in either box. Has anyone else had a problem with this? I thought there was one in each box. They show that there is some because there is a checklist showing the players to be found. Anyone have info on this??

No they are not in every box. In fact I'm pretty sure they are really hard too pull considering there is only the 5-triple auto box toppers.

I have not heard what the distribution was. Last year it was every box had one. Did Topps indicate what the odds were?
