Default Crossed over to the dark side

I really despise Leaf/Razor, but I do have to give them credit for their Leaf Memories buybacks. Here are a few of my purchases:

I hate the product overall, but if I were to buy any you have most of the ones I'd be proud to own. No airbrushed insignias there! Very nice.

Those are literally the same ones that I would have bought if I had decided to drop cash on Leaf

I agree the product is complete garbage, but also agree that you can't go wrong with those players. Give Leaf credit for getting the key players to autograph, but also knock them for their lame buyback non-autos and total lack of originality in "producing" products.

I'm sorry, those are the ugliest cards out this year.... I understand the idea but I just can't dig them, autos are awesome and the checklist is great but I can't do it.....

Don't get me wrong, I still think overall the company is garbage, but I do like these buyback autos(rest of the product is dumb). I loved 1990 Leaf when I was a kid also, so that pushed me over the edge on these.

Leaf did a great job with Leaf memories. Nice auto selection. Fernando is also a must in the set. He doesn't have many certified autos on card. I like how on autos they have Leaf authentication hologram on the back.

Nice cards! I feel the same way as you and picked up the Gwynn. Had to have it. I love how they are numbered to the jersey number, too.

Brilliant way to get around the lack of an MLB license.

Meh, I never cared about the Ozzie in 1990, and I sure dont care to recklessly drop the amount of money on that card, that it will most likely sell for. It definitely has nowhere to go but down I feel.

I personally never liked the look of the old Leaf cards. I still don't like the look of them with autos. To each his own. Those are some good ones to have though if you're going to get them.

But hey, who am I too comment. I like the look of some of the 2012 Panini Prime Cuts cards.
