Default Thank you Topps Customer Service!!

Big shout out to Topps Customer Service... As one of the many people affected by Five Star baseball condition issues I can happily report that they have compensated me for my 12 damaged and returned cards with a 4-box case of Bowman Sterling. Thanks for not leaving me hanging!

Seriously? I wish I would have sent mine in too, I just sold everything on ebay 'as is' and took the hit. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

They can do that, but it takes them 4 months to number Will Middlebrooks cards. Yay!

IamRalpho, i think you bought some of my original Bowman Sterling auctions this year let me know if you're interested in any of the items from this case! Were you the one that had issues with the PO not tracking the Straily auto?

wow, I wonder if they'd give me a case for the beat up cards out of my case? PM me what you sent them. I might have to do the same thing. I think I have at least 10-12 of my cards still.

I talked with a Rep and got the details for what to do with my damaged Five Star cards. She just kind of sighed/laughed and said it was an across the board issue and had special instructions on what to do. I take it a LOT of cards were returned.

Thanks a TON for this post man! Might just revive my faith in Topps! Also found out my 3 Bryce Harper Quotable autos from Five Star have been shipped to the distribution center and should have them somewhat soon! Great day!

Topps can be very nice if you get the right person on the phone. There doesn't seem to be much middle ground. You either get blown off or given gold.

The only cards that weren't damaged in my Five Star case were the redemptions. I have my whole case (minus the undamaged redemptions) packaged up and ready to mail to Topps first thing tomorrow morning!

I'm not sure how to interpret this? Do you not believe me or does this just reflect an opinion you have of Topps.

I was 75% as lucky as you. My 12 card replacement was valued at 3 boxes of Bowman Sterling. Hopefully I'll pull a 1/1 too!

Here's to Topps customer service coming through...even if it's inconsistant!
