Default eBay Member "captain69696" rules! Appreciate thread!

Always think it's nice to show off a person's good deed.

Not sure if this guy is a member here, but I hope he is so he can see how much I appreciate it!

Anyways! Ended up snagging this on eBay for $15 (which I think is a deal) and was excited to get it in from CA.

Ended up getting it today, and it felt a little thick and I peeled back the cardboard and saw this beauty.....

Freebies are always nice. Hanley freebies are even better, Hanley freebies I don't have are even better, graded Hanley freebies I don't have are even better, graded Hanley 1/1 freebies are the best.

Can't thank him enough. As it was above and beyond what I was expecting.

He said he noticed my name from photobucket and really admired my collection so he though he'd help out a little.

So cool to be recognized and have some stranger do this enough. Us regulars on here have gotta stick together. :P

Anyways, enough of my corny story, hopefully it brightened your day like it did mine!

That's what everyone used to say about Haiku...

NOT that I'm comparing this guy to Haiku, that was awesome of him to give you a free 1/1!

Meh, I think it's cooler than you know the Wonka reference, Shakespeare was a scrub. Couldn't even field his position, slow hands. Wait, what?

I agree, I'll have to message him the link showing all the positive feedback of his act of genorosity.

WOW....isn't that cool.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only recipient of such kindness. There are a few members on here who have sent me free cards and I just thin it's the coolest thing.

A 1/1....wow that's so cool!

Congrats!

I have been looking at some of his stuff lately, missed out on a canary 1/1 that I needed. That was very cool of him to throw that in!

Thank you, even the smallest freebie can make someone's day. I try to throw in a few base whenever I can, I wish it was a more widespread thing.

I have no clue! I asked him if it was an accident or just a really weird coincidence and he said he had checked out my bucket more than a few times and wanted me to have it. I was shocked that people that aren't on blowout know about me. It was surreal, for sure.

I agree! I looked at my recent purchases and was surprised to see that I had bought 3 or 4 things from him and didn't even realize it. He's got some cool stuff, and he's a nice guy. Win win!
