Will register mail give me tracking outside the US?

Somewhere in there, it said "Registered Mail cannot be tracked through the mailstream and will not provide updated scans." So I am pretty sure Paypal doesn't recognized it.

THANKS,very helpful.Although it doesn't show you each place it goes,it lets you know when the person gets it.I have a Nash patch 5/5 and a person from Australia and Hong kong were interested,I didn't want to tell them it will be $38 to mail it.

Registered mail is trackable outside of US. I have succesfully used it on all foreign purchased over $50 and usually costs less then $16 bucks.
