Just getting around to this after being out of the country for the holidays but I received 2 damanged packs from Topps and need some advice on what I need to send them (ie. no UPC / proof and don't have the original bubble mailer from them)
1 unopened pack that arrived with bent corner and small hole showing blue. 1 pack I opened first with out noticing the damaged second pack....all card had a severely bent bottom left corner and the last card...Johnathan Singleton Auto /50 ![]() Any tips? This is my first time with damaged cards from Topps. |

I had to send in a damaged blue wave auto from 2012 bowman as well as some regular blue wave cards. They were able to replace all the regular blue wave cards as well as the autographed card. They were unable to replace the red wave cards due to scarcity. The cards I sent in had crimp marks on the bottom edges from when they sealed the packs.
Send them into topps and they should be able to replace them for you. Just send in a letter with them explaining what happened, ect. The worst that can happen is they ship them back to you. You don't need upc/wrappers with teh blue wave cards. Worth the chance. Good luck |
