2013 Topps Chasing History insert

Opened a blaster and a hanger and pulled 5 of these. However, two of them have a refractor effect to them while the other 3 do not. Checked baseballcardpedia.com and there wasn't anything referencing this variation. Any one else know?

I think that is what's up. Blaster have regular, hanger boxes have the gold ones, rack packs have the white ones. I think.

Rack packs have regulars or chasing the dream near the front of the group of inserts and 2 foils at or near the end of the insert group.
