@BowmanScout: Anyone know who was the first '12 Draftee to make his MLB debut? Well he's also making his #ChromeAuto debut in 2013.

(Answer - "Paco" Rodriguez.)

If history is any indication, the finalized checklist will be released in its' entirety just prior to the street date.

Unless my math has completely failed me, which is possible, hobby is the better buy over the jumbo at the current price of $1,200. I have been thinking heavily if I want to grab a case, but certain factors have been holding me back. I have a feeling that there will be more rookies than prospects and the fact that they have stopped numbering the refractor autos, which could lead to releasing more than 500 and that's what I think happen in the 12 Draft. I also see a huge drop off in talent from Correa, Buxton, and possibly Giolito to the second tier guys. Where as last year it was Cole, Hultzen, Bogaerts, Taveras, Rendon, and Cole that were all strong right out of the gate. Anyone else share my concerns?

Awesome! thanks for posting that up Festus. Finally a good product for Twins prospect autos. Buxton and Arcia.

Depending on price point, hobby is absolutely the way to go. This is looking solid enough that either way should be good this year. I have to go back and look, but I think they are going to be numbering the refractor autographs again.

This just keeps getting better. I think the Auto selection is turning out very nice. Hopefully the RC autos are solid.

Any chance Hyun-Jin Ryu makes Bowman? Puig would be awesome as well, but Ryu is the better prospect in the Dodgers organization.

@BowmanScout: Marlins recently got a boost to their farm by adding @J_Nicolino22 (Justin Nicolino), now '13 Bowman gets a boost with his #ChromeAuto

@BowmanScout has begun to unveil their top 100 prospects list, one by one, along with pics.

I assume this will be the way they will announce more of the 2013 Bowman autos from now on.

I figured this was bound to happen, there are still two retailers I know of selling jumbo cases for $1000.

Talking about Bowman/Bowman Chrome. Not Platinum or anything like that. NO one considers Platinum a players True Auto RC

At the current prices, Hobby would be your best bet. If Jumbo prices go back to what they were it would probably be the better deal. Jumbo boxes and cases obviously are better than hobby. You just have to decide HOW MUCH better they are. $100 better? $300? $500? At some point, the advantage is washed out by the price.

I think it hits $1400 by release, maybe even $1600. This is a great checklist, it has three autos, and who knows if blue wave is coming back or some form of it.
3 good auto's doesn't make a checklist great. with all the names so far, this checklist is still a ways from great. And the only way these cases legitimately hit anywhere near $1600 per is if they add auto's of Harper,Trout + Puig, IMO.
