It's a 10X. I understand BGS uses a 15X, though.

Jaypers, amazing submission!! I just got a submission back recently too and almost everyone of my cards had a 9 for surface. Do you wipe down your cards before you send them somehow and if so what is the best suggestion for wiping them down? Thanks for any advice and once again amazing submission!!

Some I do, yes. I recommend film cloth. Works very well.
