Default Evaluate this trade

I need another strong starting pitcher in my fantasy league, and I'm thinking of proposing the following trade. What do you think?

I trade: Troy Tulowitzki and Aramis Ramirez

I get: Hanley Ramirez, Danny Espinosa, Mat Latos

Yeah, I thought it seems pretty fair, so hopefully the guy will accept. We've been trying to work out a trade, but he kept trying to trade me Greinke who is injured right now.

I wouldn't and I love Hanley, it's undeniable that Tulo is the best SS in the MLB, and I think A-Ram is a top 5 3B. I think A-Ram is a far better player than Latos, and unless you REALLY need a 2B, Espinosa should not be started, that's just my opinion.

He rejected the trade now he wants to give me Latos, Espinosa, and Chris Tillman for Tulo which I don't really like.

Tulo is better than Hanley but also oft injured. I wouldn't do that trade since Aramis is a lock for consistency at a premium position, but I'm also not big on Latos. Great K ratio but little else.

EDIT: That said, it was a fair trade offer. He is the dummy for rejecting, in this instance, so I'd say you dodged a decent bullet.

- I wouldn't do that trade. Not even close,IMO

Simple rule. You want to be the guy getting the best player in the trade. That's clearly Tulowitzki.

I dont do Kmart trades, Blue light specials- your 3 mediocre players get my 2 better players.
