That said, this is quite the exclamation point. Ridiculous checklist, in many, many ways (mostly good!).

Wow ... that's really surprising. Figured they would hold him out until a future release.

Wait - am I missing something? Does Profar have a RC auto, or was this just a wishful statement? I believe the latter....no announced auto, just people hoping it would come true. Right?!?!?

How anyone can look at that list and claim this isn't the best Bowman product ever is beyond me. This one will go down in the record books. There are also some VERY NICE sleeper picks too. I can't wait!

It might just be me but I'm actually not too impressed overall. I understand if you are busting the stuff it's better to hit a profar or bundy than some nobody but as a prospector this isn't out of this world by any means. Profar, Miller, Bundy, Skaggs and Olt all have previous BC Autos so I won't be investing in those. I do like several of the other guys obviously like Buxton, Correa, etc but it doesn't really contain any young sleepers you can actually invest in (that are going to be $5 or so each). Most of the guys on this list are going to come out pretty high...

I'll go on record as saying it isn't. I'm not a fan of a huge auto checklist because it substantially decreases the product's value long term as most of those guys will wash out, regardless of whether they are Top 100 prospects or not. Just go back a few years and look at a Top 100 list and count up how many guys' chrome autos have much value at the present time, especially the guys ranked 40 and lower (which is where most of the prospect autos in this product fall).

BaseballAmerica.com: Prospects: Rankings: Top 100 Prospects: 2007 Top 100 Prospects

I'll take a product with a smaller auto checklist and a solid shot of pulling a top guy over this product all week and twice on Sunday.

This likely won't be a long term (3+ years) buy, but hardly any Bowman products are at the price point they end up settling at. That's what happens when 50%+ of the auto CL flames out within that time frame. But it's seemingly a fantastic auto CL for current breakers
