When asked in an interview several years ago, author William Gibson said that Twitter would long outlast Facebook. I tend to trust him in these matters.

Anyone could have seen they were going to put a limit in place. There probably should have been in the first place. 90% of your posts on the subject however were complaining about rip & flip buyers and how Topps is screwing normal "collectors".

I'm sure you'll find something trivial to complain about with this year's Bowman, like the Twitter insert autos.....oh wait...

He's old school.
Myspace does exist, but not in the social media form it used to. They've changed gears to an artist and music platform.

Can't we all be right? Can't we all just get along, and live in a world of puppies and kittens and rainbows?

No, not here we can't. I just know each one was 100% sure about the side they were on pre-release. After such a long thread (almost the longest in the history of this site) I figured we needed closure. Not trying to start a fight or anything. It is almost like both are staying away. Gotta call them out!

Easy killer. It was not a "call out" in a bad way. You were just very confident that this was going to be a great product (as was I). He was very confident that it was not. I was just wondering if either of you have changed your mind. Obviously everyone was not right. I just figured a post-break discussion would be interesting after so much was put into this thread.

Here we go. Here is the post I was referring to. Gotta follow through with your dinner plans. Are you feeding or being fed?

LOL, nevermind. For whatever reason it seems like you think I am attacking you. I think you missed the point, but no biggie. I'll move on.

I don't know who's eating crow or Ikea horse meat but anyone sitting on a couple dozen jumbo cases at 800 each will be eating Kobe beef in the near future

Now take Buxton. Add another 600 autos to the already oversaturated Jorge Soler market and figure out where his prices will go after a week or two. Not to mention that there is still a lot of Bowman Chrome left unopened from 2012 ... and the majority of Bowman '13 will be ripped in the first 10 days.

Do you think that 2,100 Buxton base chrome autos will actually command $100 a piece ... for a total of $2,100,000 invested in the kid across the hobby / just on base autos?

I don't think so. I think you'll see $125 chrome auto prices for the first few dozen, then $100 chrome autos for the next 50 ... and then on this very day next month, you'll pick them up for $60 a piece at the very maximum. (And even that's high I think)
i like this one by chappy albeit he was SP'd

Are you sure you don't want to find a single post within this 50 pages, and quote it out of context one year later?
